Terms & Conditions - the basics

Alisha Perkins Business Solutions provides:

  • Administrative support

  • Marketing assistance

  • Business strategy consulting

  • Professional career coaching

  • Social media networking sessions

  • Digital products (e.g., guides, templates, downloadable resources)

All services and products are delivered as described on our website, service agreements, or promotional materials.

Payment and Pricing

  • Rates are as advertised (hourly or package).

  • Payment is due upon invoice or prior to delivery of products/services.

  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed methods.

  • Prices are in AUD unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes unless noted.

Scheduling and Delivery

Digital Products:

  • Delivered immediately via download link or email after payment.

Virtual Services (Admin, Marketing, Strategy, Career Coaching, Networking):

  • Scheduled in advance.

  • Clients receive meeting links via Teams, Zoom, or agreed platforms.

  • Technical issues on the client’s device or internet connection are the client’s responsibility.

Physical Products (if any in future):

  • Delivery times depend on shipping method and location.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Digital products: Non-refundable once delivered.

  • Virtual sessions: Full refund or reschedule if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (<24 hours) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

  • Faulty products or undelivered services may be replaced, fixed, or partially refunded.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.

  • Ensure devices, internet connections, and software are compatible with digital products or online sessions.

  • Treat staff and representatives respectfully.

Confidentiality

  • All client information, materials, and communications are confidential.

  • Data will only be shared with trusted third parties when necessary for service delivery (e.g., payment processors) or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

  • All digital products and content remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name].

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or business use only.
